Warm-ups, working sets, drop sets and supersets each behave the way you'd expect. A rest timer that starts itself, plate math done for you, and the exercise picker shows what you last lifted so you're never guessing at the weight.
A streak that respects a real week
Weeks, not days — hit your training days and the streak goes up. Miss one and catch up later in the week, exactly like real training works. Complete every planned day and you earn a cover: a ticket you can spend on a day you truly can't make, so one bad week doesn't erase the ones before it.

Weight, measurements, progress photos, check-ins — the most personal numbers in the app never leave your phone. Not to us, not to an account, not to anyone. Signing in doesn't change it. Deleting the app removes it.
