Deleting your account or your data

The fastest way is in the app: open Settings and scroll to the bottom for Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it immediately, from our servers and from the phone.

No app in front of you, or would rather have someone else do it? Email the address above from the account you signed up with and it will be removed within a few days.

Something not working

Say what you were doing and what happened instead — the exact screen, and whether it happens every time. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph.

A workout or your streak looks wrong

This is usually fixable by hand on our end without losing anything. Include roughly when it happened and what you'd expect to see instead.

Everything else

Feature requests, feedback on how something reads, or just a question about how a number works — all of it goes to the same address, and all of it gets read.
