DO ITPrivacy
DO IT is a gym log. It keeps your training on your phone, and backs it up to an account only if you ask for one. Last updated 22 September 2026.
What stays on your phone, always
Body weight, body measurements, progress photos and your weekly check-in never leave the device. They are not uploaded, not backed up to your account, and not visible to us in any form. Signing in does not change this. Deleting the app removes them.
If you use DO IT without an account
Everything stays on the phone. Your workouts, plans, routines and streak are stored in a database on the device and are never sent anywhere.
One exception, and it is not about you: when the app opens, it sends a random identifier generated on the device, along with whether the app is signed in. It tells us how many phones opened DO IT that day. It is not tied to your name, your email or your training, it is not used for advertising, and it does not follow you to any other app or website.
If you create an account
We collect and store:
- Your email address, or the private relay address Apple gives us if you sign in with Apple. It identifies your account and nothing else. We do not send marketing email.
- Your training: workouts, sets, weights, reps, exercises you have added, your plans and routines, and the standing of your streak. This is backed up so that a lost phone is not a lost history, and so a new phone can pick it up.
It is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on their servers. Row-level security means your rows are readable only by your own account. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Deleting it
In the app: open Settings and scroll to the bottom for Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it from our servers, and clears it from the phone. It cannot be undone and signing in again will not bring it back.
Signing out instead of deleting keeps your training on our servers so you can sign back in. Your routines and plans stay on the phone, set aside for your return.

Tracking
There is none. No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics SDKs, no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, and nothing that asks for permission to do so.
Children
DO IT is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that affects what we collect will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
